MEDIA RELATIONS

Posted by: Press Office on Jan 01, 06 | 3:28 pm |

The Trusts and our associates have strict contractual policies prohibiting in person comments to the media. The phone numbers assigned to our members are for business and personal use.

The Trusts mission is to acquire funds through business ventures with which contributions could be made to charitable organizations we feel make an impact on humanity’s future and are confined to hunger, homelessness, education, the performing arts and mental illness. All specifics of our giving remain private. Our investments are limited to properties, income producing funds and Venture Capitol of small “Start-up” businesses who we feel qualify for our support and investments. All venture capitol endeavors are required to donate ten percent of the net profit to a charity of their choice without influence from the Trust.

We have been blessed with the ability to generate income such as ours and therefore have made it the Trusts mission to enhance humanity, starting locally and spreading internationally so that we may be able to change the world, one future at a time.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
9 A.M. PST, October 16, 2011

Since the reorganization of the Trust, rumors have flourished to the point that both California and the East Coast are under the impression that the Trust is pulling its finances out of the U.S. in favor of its Costa Rica and Italy endeavors.

This is simply not the case. The Trust is doing what the economy tolerates and its finances allow it to do. It would be foolish for us to build more homes and finance more businesses, especially food service establishments, in the present U.S. economy. All present associations will remain as they are.

David and Monica Rizzotto’s personal association with Bella Vista Plantation Resort and the Thomison Group is outside the bounds of the Trust.

Presently, until reorganization of the Trust is completed, we have no plans on further investments of any kind but rather focus on our completion of the Educational and Performing Arts giving efforts. We intend to return to the roots of the Trust and its philanthropic mission.

COSTA RICAN PROPERTY - RESORT DEVELOPMENT PROGRESS
• PUERTO VIEJO, COSTA RICA. October 1, 2009: Press Office

The DMRFT is proud to announce its merger with the Andre R. Thomison Group for the formation of Bella Vista Enterprises CR, Inc., a Costa Rican Corporation with the sole intent of developing twelve acres of existing banana plantation land 1.3Km west of Puerto Viejo.

The name chosen for this development is Bella Vista Plantation and will consist of limited land use for the resort, keeping a minimum of 75% as a continuous working banana plantation.

Both the Trust and the Thomison Group feel strongly about our footprint on the ecology, thereby creating Bella Vista Plantation as a minimal impact use resort. The resort will employ only local staff, vendors and resources in order to assist the in local economy as well as provide truly indigenous experiences for our guests.

Plans for Bella Vista Plantation include the full service restaurant "Chopps", private helicopter access, and accommodations ranging from private one and two bedroom villas, studio suites and rooms, to simple pathway campgrounds throughout the plantation.

We look forward to a long association with the Thomison Group and our six year plan to full completion.

COSTA RICAN PROPERTY SCAMS
• PUERTO VIEJO, COSTA RICA. AUGUST 6, 2009: Press Office

The DMRFT and its Partner Corporation, Bella Vista Plantation Costa Rica Inc. has received information of an Internet scam perpetrated by Michael Leu of the United States.

Although we are pursuing corporate acquisition of land in the Puerto Viejo and Puerto Limon areas for future development of resorts, we do not have an association with Michael Leu/USA Land Invest.com, Eloy Alfaro Esq., nor any affiliates. Although our land purchases are similar, the sites are located in pristine developed areas close to beaches. Our land purchases are solely for our future use as resorts and investments, and are not for sale.

Please do not contact the Trust or Bella Vista Plantation Inc. regarding this matter as we do not have any information that would be of assistance to those who may have been victims of fraud. Rather, we direct you to a very informative website that has been tracking this fraud.

Press Release - Mitchell Roth Alleged Foreclosure Scam

Posted by: Press Office on Feb 07, 09 | 8:07 pm |

It has come to our attention through the California Attorney General's office that an investigation involving a foreclosure scam is being conducted and some prior home sales may be involved.

Although the Trust sympathizes for those homeowners who have purchased homes from us in the past, we have never known or been associated with Mitchell Roth, Paul Noe Jr. or any company affiliated with either party, we simply sold properties within Kern County in the early 2000's. Roth and Noe began their scam several years later after the housing market crash. Any knowledge we have of this case has been obtained through local news and Internet searches. The Trust is not a lending institution nor has affiliations with any lenders.

As with any investment or financial procedure, we recommend that clients check out anyone soliciting your business and always pay your loan payments to your existing lender until told otherwise by that lender only.
