MEDIA RELATIONS

Posted by: Press Office on Jan 01, 06 | 3:28 pm |

The Trusts and our associates have strict contractual policies prohibiting comments to the media. The phone numbers assigned to our members are for business and personal use, and any calls from the media will be disconnected without comment.

The Trusts mission is to acquire funds through business ventures with which contributions could be made to charitable organizations we feel make an impact on humanity’s future and are confined to hunger, homelessness, education, the performing arts and mental illness. All specifics of our giving remain private. Our investments are limited to properties, income producing funds and Venture Capitol of small “Start-up” businesses who we feel qualify for our support and investments. All venture capitol endeavors are required to donate ten percent of the net profit to a charity of their choice without influence from the Trust.

We have been blessed with the ability to generate income such as ours and therefore have made it the Trusts mission to enhance humanity, starting locally and spreading internationally so that we may be able to change the world, one future at a time.

All releases to the press will be posted below.

National Grants Conference (NGC)

Posted by: Press Office on Apr 01, 07 | 4:00 pm |

The Trusts have been contacted by several individuals claiming that the NGC has directed them to us for the purpose of securing grants under our Small Business/Entrepreneur Venture Capitol program provided by the EDB Family of Companies. We were unable to verify this claim through the NGC.

Neither the Trusts, EDB or anyone affiliated with us provides such grants. Our names have been used in addition to other Small Business grant providers in attempts for NGC to sell its products, this according to phone conversations we have received.

We urge anyone contemplating an association with NGC to search the following site;
www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22national+grants+conference%22+scam&btnG=Search

As with any program offering "Money for nothing" schemes, consult a professional first.

Press Release. Pending Nigerian Law Suit

Posted by: Press Office on Nov 17, 06 | 12:41 pm |

On November 15, 2006 the Trust received an email claiming to be an official subpoena from the Nigerian Federal Court signed by Chief Judge of the Federal Capital Territory, Justice Lawal Gummi naming the Trust as defendants in a class action discrimination suit, this due to our denial of scholarship funds to those claiming to be Nigerian university students attending Cameroonian campuses, yet without any documentation.

The Trust immediately contacted our US Embassy's in Nigeria reporting this as a scam tactic and were referred to their website http://abuja.usembassy.gov/wwwhcoly.html We caution anyone receiving such a subpoena or documents from the law firm listed below to contact your Embassy in the originating country.

LADI AJOSE-ADEOGUN Ladi Ajose-Adeogun & Co.
Plot 15E Muri Okunola Street Suite #6
Victoria Island Lagos, Nigeria

Upon further investigation we found the Nigerian law firm and the Judge listed in the subpoena to be in existence, but not part of the scheme to defraud. Sadly, their names are being used by scammers. Further, official documents must first pass through the US State Department and are never simply emailed. The Trust has no plans to offer a defense or in any way comply with anyone in this matter. We are simply ignoring it.
